Implantation Bleeding or...?

Little backstory: my husband and I have a 1

1/2 year old, and we’ve been trying again since he was 5 months old. I had a miscarriage at 3 weeks in January, and another miscarriage (of identical twins) in April. We weren’t actively trying since the last miscarriage, as it’s been a very difficult time for both of us. We had sex several times over the last few weeks, and yesterday I wiped and got CM And a little bit of brown blood. My boobs have been hurting for about 4 days now, which is unusual. I’m absolutely terrified to be pregnant again. I want another so, so badly. But I am afraid of being happy and having it snatched away again. In any case, I’m 6 days from my period, and I’ve had a little bit of bleeding today as well (Just when wiping). Any opinions as to the timing and it being implantation bleeding? Thank you so much!!!
