ear cartilage piercing

so recently i got my cartilage pierced and it’s only been a week... ive noticed behind my ear a bump has formed and it looks like it wants to grow into a keloid. I’m not sure if it’s a bump or a keloid but now what am I suppose to do to get rid of it?
