Pain and swelling 3 months after Mc

Hi Ladies,

I’m looking fo some advise please. I found out on 21st March that my bubbs heartbeat had stopped (11+6) and miscarried naturally on 26th March, I was told I had ‘passed the whole pregnancy’. Since then I am still having terrible pains, more so on my right side, starting in my pelvis and moving round my back and even down my legs. I also get a lot of pain in my upper abdomen. When I get these pains it feels as if someone has stuck a knife in to my tummy and is wriggling it all around, nothing like a period ache. My stomach also swells up and is so painful and tender, to the point it is bigger than it was when I was pregnant with DS last year. I’ve been feeling nauseous 24/7, dizzy, migraines have gotten so much worse as the exhaustion is unreal. I’ve been to the doctors and they’ve ran various blood testst and all results have come back normal. This was myfirst MC, is this normal? I’m so worried that there is something wrong 😰
