Has anyone has gallbladder attacks before or gallstones? I believe I’m experiencing that (not at the moment or I wouldn’t be able to type this)

It’s happened once while I was pregnant and 3 times since giving birth. But I get this extreme pressure in the middle of my upper abdomen and lower ribs. I’m very tender and nothing can touch me while I’m going through this. I also get feverish with cold sweats. And then I start throwing up over and over. This is the worst pain I’ve ever went through ( and I just gave birth) it feels like I’m going to explode and pass out from pain. At first I thought it was just gas but passing gas and burping and throwing up doesn’t help. I’m thinking it may be my gallbladder but I’m not sure. Has anyone else had this before?
