Thinking about exes or old flames

Hi guys,

I’ve been married happily for 2 months now. I’ve known my husband for 4 years. Recently however I’ve had fantasies about sex with exes or sex with coworkers etc. It’s made me feel emotional and I don’t know what to do. I would never act upon my fantasies but I’ve been wondering what it would be like to be with someone again.

Although when I was single I would not date much or enjoy being single.

I’m worried. I fancy my husband but we don’t have sex more than 1 x a week these days. We’re in love but our daily lives get in the way so my fantasies get stronger. Is this normal? Should I be worried? Is it just a phase?
