Miscarriage?!?!

Question

I’m currently 5 weeks pregnant & last night I noticed some blood tinged mucus after using the bathroom. Then this morning I’m full on bleeding bright red. I feel fine with no cramping. I have an appointment today to have my hcg levels checked but wanted to know if anyone else experienced this?
UPDATE: 
My OB ended up calling me back & sent me to the ER. No sac was visible on ultrasound and my hcg level is only 8. Likely a miscarriage. 😔

I’m hoping this is nothing but its hard not to freak out! I’m guessing they will check my hcg levels today and a couple days later? Idk if I can wait days.

I experienced it and the baby was fine, but everyone is different. I hope everything goes well for you!

There are situations where bleeding can happen without loss of pregnancy but only a doctor can tell you for sure. Good luck.
