Did you have a good experience getting your hair dyed at ulta?

I wanna dye my hair jet black but I’m not sure if going to ulta for it is a good idea

i know not everyone is comfortable with dyeing their hair at home, but if you want to do solid jet black it would be SO much cheaper and easier for you to invite a friend over and do it at home. it’s super hard to screw up a solid color especially black. 
why pay like $100 when you can pay $15
