How can I get rid of this?

This just popped up within the last few days, it’s all red and purple, I’ve never had a problem before with my piercing and I clean it every night. Also every time I sneeze it bleeds. 
Advice on how to clean it, help get rid of it would be greatly appreciated 💞
- Also don’t tell me to get it removed because I read all about that and that should be the last resort.

It’s a keloid, use tea tree oil

I got one of these when I got my industrial piercing. my aunts bf, who is a piercer, suggested I get BC powder and mix it with water to make a paste then apply it to the keloid a couple of times a day until it goes away! Cleared up after a couple of weeks at most.

When I got my nose pierced I got the same thing, I used CLEAN water with mashed up sea salt & mashed up aspirin. I put the mixture on my nose before I went to sleep & after 2ish nights it was completely gone & never ever came back!
