After sex pain

So I’ve had sex like 5 times with my boyfriend and as much as it sucks every time we have sex we have to take a break from doing things to each other afterwards because as we found out the hard way, if we don’t take a break to let me “heal”, he fingers me and I bleed badly. Is this something to worry about? It sucks and today we didn’t do the break and I’m not supposed to get my Herold for another 2 weeks or so but now I’m spotting and my stomach hurts. I’m not bloated so I know it’s not my period because I always bloat with out fail. Is there something wrong with me because I’m starting to get scared.
