Possibly pregnant after getting tubal ligation?

So I took this test about 4 weeks AGO. It showed up with in 8 minutes of taking the test. I got my tubes cut and burned back on January 21, 2018. I have a doctors appointment on Thursday.

That's an evap line. You should test again if you suspect pregnancy, but tests will eventually have a visible line where the urine hit the test strip, so after 10 minutes it's invalid.

So I found out that I was pregnant . In the process of having a miscarriage. My doctor drew blood to make it’s not a tubal pregnancy. And in the next two weeks I will be going to see an obgyn
