Doctor not wearing gloves

So I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant. I have a bump on my butt so she checked it & she didn’t wear any gloves. Now my anxiety is bad I’m freaking out. I don’t wanna get any diseases. I washed my vag & butt with soap & water when I got home. I don’t even let my fiancé touch me down there unless he washes his hands.
