Contractions? 🤔

Hello everyone! I have a quick question. I keep getting these stomach pains that feel like I have an upset stomach or diarrhea. However, when I go to use the restroom nothing comes out. There are times when my belly does get hard and others when it’s just the sharp pains/cramps. I feel them all around my belly and sometimes in my back. I’m 36&3 with Baby number two. This is all new to me, because with my first I never had any signs of labor. I had to get induced then had an emergency c-section.
