I thought I was 5 weeks 2 days pregnant I had some pain went to doc and they said my hcg level was low at 427. They also saw a 2cm mass outside my ovaries which is most likely a cysts. They said they saw something that could be a gestational sac but they could not confirm anything and it could be ectopic or miscarriage. I am really confused my conception date was June 16th but first day of last period was May 29th I ovulated late. So it is possible I’m just three weeks pregnant not 5 and my hcg levels are normal not low?
