A friend of mine is about to go through a ftm phalloplasty surgery. We'll be at the hospital with him and we are super excited for him and I love seeing how happy he is. I wanted to do something fun and was thinking about getting penis shaped lollypops or balloons or something. However, I don't want to risk it being insensitive or innapropriate. I just thought why not make this huge moment something festive. Please don't leave hurtful comments. I'm trying to avoid being hurtful.
