Now I’m just confused.

I posted a week ago because I was shocked that I got a positive opk a week early. I spotted and everything. But today I have been having some mild cramping/lower back pain, so I went to the store and got some ovulation tests just to check and sure enough I got a strong positive

Do I do the TWW from this ovulation? I’m so mad because I really thought I was half way through 😩

I’ve never ovulated twice before. I know I should be happy but I wanted to hold out hope that it was implantation cramps. TIA for any advice or comments.
