TMI please help!

So I went in for a ultrasound at 6 weeks and the baby was measuring 5w1d I went in for another on the following week and baby was only measuring 5w4d I’m currently 7 weeks so doctors told me the baby is most likely not going to grow and become a miscarriage well today I bled some and this tiny thing came out . I’m so confused did I have a miscarriage ? I had no pain at all.
