I’m scared someone please tell me what’s wrong with me

Okay so i had sex about a week ago and I’ve had it before. We used a condom and I’m on the pill. He always pulls out every once in a while to check and see if the condom is broken and it wasn’t we were fine we both finished and I was fine. I was fine the day after and I was fine three days after. Then that night of the third day after we hung out and he fingered me and it was fine and then I started getting these weird pains like the way I would if I was cramping while on my period. My period isn’t supposed to come for another 14-15 days. Ever since he fingered me (which is also something he has done before many times) if been experiencing sharp pains and I’m spotting but not normal spotting it’s just like pink discharge and when I peed there was chunks of like blood typed stuff in the toilet and it didn’t hurt to pee or anything. The pain will not go away and there’s no blood like excess the chunks my pee was yellow but there was just chunks. I’m scared. Cancer is hereditary in my family. My mother died of lung cancer when I was three and I’m 18. Why does it feel like I’m on my period with no bleeding and just chunks coming out of me?

*UPDATE*— i woke up in the middle of the night last night to a pain The was covering my entire stomach and up around my rib cage. When I went pee this morning there was a light brown milky discharge. I haven’t eaten anything yet today because it’s 82 degrees out yet I’m under the blankets in my room shivering. Someone please I don’t know what to do.

*UPDATE 2* — when is said the discharge coming out of me was pink..it is now a bright pink. Sorry for the gross picture but someone help.
