gestational diabetes?

So my dr won't test me for diabetes until 28 weeks even though I told them I haven't been feeling well. The nurse recommended me to get my own meter and keep an eye on my levels and bring them to my 24 week appointment. I don't remember what the numbers should be, can someone help? Here are what they've been for the last day and a half. (back story, I had GD with my first pregnancy and I'm on Makena which increases your risk of developing it. I'm 23 weeks today)
