So confused

I had a mc on the 10th off June 2 weeks later I took a test all negative and blood test back to normal. The woman at the hospital said it looked like I was about to start my period after the mc had ended I bleed for about a week( without a break which I'm including the mc) I really don't know when i should put my period down... I took a test today because I feel pregnant every symptom but the achy boobs. My OH says he can't see nothing but I'm so sure I can. Maybe I'm just hoping but I put my last period down on the 10th off June and it says af should of shown today but nothing.. Maybe i tested to early that's why no show or am I just hoping for my rainbow? Sorry if I'm going on just my mind is on overload right now 😢
