Side pain

I'm 27 weeks and currently 256 lbs, and starting yesterday have aching in my sides. It's like when you get a stitch in your side after running but isn't going away, I have it on both sides. I'm guessing this is just growing pains, anyone else experience this? Any ideas on alleviating the discomfort? thanks! ;)
