Ladies pregnant with or had twins.. What was your first trimester like? This is my third pregnancy and its really killing me. My partners mother has had twins (only one survived) but I'm wondering if there's anyway I can deal with these symptoms. I don't have an ultrasound until the 23rd and currently 11 weeks, but for some reason I feel like there's more than one baby. I have severe nausea/ vomiting, cramps that feel like menstration but no bleeding. Also I'm exhausted 24/7 and have felt flutters and rolls which I k ow it's to early for just one babe. TIA
