Itch/infection backnof my ear??

The back of my ears were itchy then I felt it was swollen and it’s kinda throbbing and itchy... I don’t have insurance to hit the doc but is it bad?? What can I do to help it go away? Thanks !

occasional light layer of Neosporin to help with pain and bacteria. VERY LIGHT layer or you will make it worse. Scent free antibiotic soap once or twice a day. blot dry with a fresh paper towel.

I get that I have psoriasis of the scalp and behind my ears. Keep it clean and dry. Just blot it with a rag every so often. To keep up the moisture.
