Is it normal for periods to get shorter on Nexplanon?

I've had Nexplanon for two weeks now. I got my period last Friday, which would be a day or two later than usual. 
It's Monday now and it's almost completely gone. It was veryyyy heavy Friday night through mid-day Saturday then just got medium. Now it's very light. So this would make it 4 days long if it ends today. 
My periods are usually about 5-6 days. Just wondering if this is normal! Not used to irregular bleeding.

Nexplanon will honestly fuck your shit up completely down there for a year . I’ve had mine for 3 months now and I’ve maybe had 12 days where I haven’t bled . 
My doctor, and maybe yours has told you too..?, that it takes about a year to either make them regular or stop completely.

I wish mine would've gotten shorter, it's been on for 8 days now and counting, it normally ends at 6 🙄 but yeah the periods either get shorter or longer usually.

I've had the nexplanon put in twice, and am about 7 months from the end of this one. my periods were almost gone, I'd spot every month but only have a period once every 3 montha and it was very short and light. I loved it
