Freaking out

So, back in December I miscarried .. What I felt was cramping and then it became a period..

Now, I tested positive yesterday.. I back tracked and it puts me at 5 w 3d today.

I've been having some cramping but nothing major (I know that can be normal) but I just whiped after going p and had some brown discharge..

I'm so scared to go through this again.. Any help would be great! Thanks.
