How did you tell your child about the baby in your belly?

My little boy is six and he's going to be so excited when we tell him, but I'm trying to think of a creative and fun way to tell him. Any suggestions?

I made my daughter a big sister present that had a certificate of promotion, big sister necklace and pics of the ultra sound. She's super excited

I took my toddler to my ultrasound. She was so excited to see the pictures of the baby. She really didn't get it when we told her, but seeing the baby made it click for her.

I told my neice when she asked how the baby got in my belly.
"Well Uncle Roy and I love each other and wanted a baby. So he handed me a special tiny seed that I swallowed. And the baby started growing". She knows they come out of vaginas (idk how but she does) but I kept it creative, as close to the truth as possible, and without any element of sexual activity. And no misguided fears like swallowing apple seeds or kissing etc.

I showedy son (6) the ultrasound and he thought it was his old ultrasound. And I said no this is a baby girl, he looked confused and I told him he's gonna have a baby sister

For my daughters 6th birthday I made her a shirt that said big sister, and that is how we revealed our pregnancy to everyone... I was scared it would take away from her big day but she loved it, and is still very excited to meet her little brother

Big brother day. Take him to do fun stuff all day. Celebrate his promotion. (My husband is taking our son to do this once the baby is born, he's only 3) I think a 6 year old would enjoy and understand what's going on earlier.
