Really scared

I have gestational diabetes (I'm 29+5 weeks) and i have been taking this medication (Glyburide) for a week now and usually my baby is HIGHLY active, either i feel butterflies or hiccups or him straight out kick me where is can see his movements on the outside but lately i only feel him maybe 1-3 times a day if that. And i have been paying REALLY CLOSE ATTENTION to it. I've been tired and sleeping more than usual and I've been checking my blood suger and its been between 60-90. It was 62 this morning whe i got up and 78 an hour after eating breakfast. And i called the drs office and they keep telling me its normal its normal and the medication wont hurt the baby i asked her this before i even started it and i explained the decrease in movement and activities of my son and she said just keep doing kick count. I told her i cant because he's not doing anything. All the dr says in short and a much more professional wording is im over reacting because I've only been taking it for a week. Right now i dont give a crap what she says I'm not taking it anymore. I looked up the side affects and its causes hypoglycemia, respiratory problems, and bigger birth babies... anyone been thru this and what is the best thing to do since my dr clearly doesn't think i know what I'm talking about.
