Is it labor?

What does labor feel like? Cramping? Diarrhea??? Muscle pain? What is it??

I felt like I had to poop lol. Like bad then I got cramping like my stomach hurt like oh got to use the bathroom bad! But then it got worse and well I ended up going to the hospital and in a hour my baby was born no time for epidural lol 😂

Mine started out as cramps that kind of felt like a period. I figured I was just crampy because when you’re pregnant that’s all you ever feel is aches and pains. But then i noticed that i would get a cramp and then it would build up and then slowly go away. Then after a few minutes it would build up again and slowly go away. It kept that up for a while until it was an all day thing (still like 10-15 minutes apart so no reason to go to the hospital) it got slightly worse to the point where I was having some trouble sleeping and there was a lot more pressure involved.

With my first contraction, I thought it was gas. I got up and went to the bathroom. It took about 20 minutes for the second "gas pain" to come. About 5 minutes later (as I was sitting on the toilet again) the third contraction hit and I realized that there was something different about this pain, it wasn't just gas.

Is it labor?
