how can i get rid of a canker sore fast? i’ve had it for like 3 days and it hurts soooo bad. please help

I have one right now on my bottom lip and it hurts sooooo bad. I looked up how to heal them. One post said put salt directly on the side DO NOT DO THAT UNLESS YOU WANT TO CRY !!!! I put peroxide on it twice a day and then orajel the CRAP out of it to numb the pain. Also reduce your stress because that’s what makes it worse
