When did you guys start to look at baby stuff,

I just found out I was pregnant last Friday. I’m 5 weeks today and I don’t know when I can start looking at baby stuff.

I bought one or two things almost right away and it was really weird. Then my MIL bought stuff. Then we registered in the second trimester. Then I kept adding to the registry. I refrained from buying much more stuff since I knew we’d get most of it from our registry. If you see what you want, buy it. I’d do it before 30 weeks when I started feeling really uncomfortable

I would create a registry as soon as possible, if its your first I would seek guidance from someone whos recently had a baby or your mom. My mom was super helpful here, but dont buy anything too early because you could get it for free from your shower!! If you do purchase anything keep receipts because you can always return extras and use store credit to get more formula or diapers.

I knew I was being silly but I waited until we hit the 12w mark to really shop. I bought one outfit before that. You start getting stuff when you are ready! Buying baby clothes is the most fun!
