Vaginal pain

About a month ago I started having pain in the left side of my vagina during sex. Sometimes it’s bad enough that we can’t have sex but others I can ignore it. I had just assumed that it was from me taking out a dry tampon and it ripped me a little bit but it’s still not healed. There is a tiny amount of blood after we have sex and about once a day I will have a crazy amount of discharge and it’s sticky and tinted almost green. Help!
