Not making enough colostrum

Hi ladies ! Please help ! My baby is 2 days old and she gets so frustrated with me because I am not making much colostrum for her daily . Nor milk at all really . I know docs say 3 days but anyone else having this issue ? We have to give her formula twice . Which I am so against !!!! I am so depressed and cried twice because I feel like a failure
