Two rounds of letrozole in one cycle? Anyone with a similar story?

Hello ladies I started my first cycle of letrozole this month!!! The doctor gave me 2.5mg from CD 3-7 I then went on cycle day 12 to get an ultrasound done and only had a 9mm follie. The doctor Told me to double the dose from CD 12-16 when I went  back to the doctor I had one follie at 18mm. I am now in the tww... Does anyone have any success with this?

Same thing for me. Then I was started on 7.5 on day 10-15 & 2nd US showed improved size. Did trigger also. But I had a BFN. Now I'm on 7.5 day 2-6. US on the 20th. I'm really hoping my eggs are big enough.

I had the same thing only I did it for 5 days, went for ultrasound only had 12mm follicles at largest. They gave me an additional 2 days of the med and went back 3 days later and had a 20, 19, and 17 mm follicle! That was my first time and I did conceive using but unfortunately miscarried 4 weeks into the pregnancy. P
