Underage Tattoo
I really would like a tattoo, but I’m 15 and in my state I’m under age, whether or not I have consent. The tattoo I would like is very well thought out, and its a tattoo in remembrance of my mom. Does anyone have any advice when asking to find someone to do it for an under age person?
