TIME ZONE: When do I take my pill?
I always take my pill at 8:00pm every night. Next week, I’m spending five days in New York. I live in California (3 hour time difference). Do I take my pill at 11:00pm (NY time) when I’m in NY? When do I take my pill when I get back to California? This may seem stupid to ask, but I want to make sure I don’t mess it up since I am sexually active and take the pill perfectly every day.
