baby dance frequency before your BFP?

Seems some OBs say frequency doesn’t matter, some will say to only have sex once or twice in the days before/day of ovulation. We tried for a while, no luck when we were BDing frequently, but got a BFP the month we only had sex once around ovulation. Is there truth to storing up sperm? Thoughts?

We did it every day except 4 days the month I got pregnant.

Technically frequency doesn't matter because sperm can live for at around 5 or so days. I guess people just like to make sure they got the right batch haha

it probably depends on the man and his sperm. every time I've gotten pregnant it was from baby dancing every day of my fertile week, plus some a few days before it started and after it ended just in case.

I got pregnant and we only had sex and it was after my fertile window. I ovulated late. My OB recommended sex every other day.
