Depo Shot and Pregnancy

I got the Depo Shot in the middle of my cycle and my doctor never told me when it would take effect. Long story short I ended up having unprotected sex with my boyfriend 4 days after it and now my period is 6 days late... I'm really worried I might be pregnant. How likely is it that I am?
