Active Duty Preventing Pregnancy?

Question

So I’m in a field unit, which i hate. i’m a nurse but i never get to do my job. and I’m constantly stressed out. i’ve been wondering how I’m gonna be able to conceive if my job has my stress level through the roof every damn day. Any advice?

I’m a military pilot so I can relate.  I was able to get pregnant the first month I tried with my husband.  The best you can do is eat healthy and work out here or there.  I wouldn’t have gotten through a lot of my stress without yoga once a week and cutting out sugar.  Cutting back on alcohol and caffeine has also helped me feel better.  Hope this helps! Stress itself shouldn’t prevent pregnancy unless it begins affecting your health (losing weight, not sleeping well, etc). I had a high stress job and got pregnant in three months after stopping BC
