My baby prefers her daddy over me:(

My baby girl is 8 months old and all of sudden she has started to develop a preference of daddy over me and it’s making me so sad. Of course I love her no matter what and I love how much my daughter loves her daddy but it doesn’t change the fact that she’ll cry when she sees him and immediately wants to jump out of my arms to him. I carried her for 9 months and went through hell and back giving birth to her and no lie it hurts me a little bit that she’s crying in my arms for daddy and the moment she’s in daddy’s arm she’s all happy and jumpy. Has anyone else gone through this or is going through it? I’m hoping it’s just a phase:(
