Help please.

My boyfriend and I started having sex in December of 2017.. this month I found out I have Chlamydia and from what I learned of it is that you can end up infertile. He was cheating on me and some girl gave it to him and now I have it. I don’t know if I’ve had it for months now :( but my question is.. any girls out there that has had Chlamydia was still able to get pregnant?

I’m scared that since I probably had it for months and didn’t know.. I’ll be infertile...
