What do you think

So yesterday I posted about being really itchy and some of you told me to take a pill. I did but the itchy ness didn’t go away. So I called my doctor and spoke to a nurse and she told me to try Zyrtec she said she thought it could be pupps but I don’t have a rash or anything on my body just itch. I asked her about Cholestasis and she told me she has never heard of that shouldn’t they know about it? Or am I just overthinking it? I’m 29+6 and all I want is my baby to be fine
