Boyfriend not talking to me

Okay so last Saturday my boyfriend didn’t talk to me the whole day and he talks to me everyday so i just thought oh he’s probably busy and then the next day he totally ignores me and leaves me on read and on Saturday he just didn’t read my messages so i text him to see if he’s okay and he says night well i thought nothing of it bc it was sorta late at night so then the next day he continues to ignore me so i say seriously have i done something are you okay and he says I just need some time but i’ll be okay soon and its currently been 5 days since he hasn’t talked to me but his story tells a different story bc he acts normal so i said i miss you today and he leaves me on read and im so worried should I be? (Update: I texted him and said ik you said you’d be okay soon but you leaving me on read like this makes me think you don’t love me anymore and im gonna keep thinking this unless you say otherwise and give me a reason on why you’ve been ignoring me and you obviously seem okay by just looking at your story you’re posting about happy stuff)
