Brown spotting

I put a call into my ob this morning and I’m just waiting on the nurse to call back. I had a pretty significant bleed a little less than 2 weeks ago. Baby has looked great ever since. I’ve had 2 scans, she’s growing wonderfully and has a great heart beat. I’m 16 wks 2 days as of today and I again started experiencing some brown spotting like I did in the days following my initial bleed. Does anyone else have any experience with this brown spotting? Just concerned about baby being ok.
