The last two weeks I missed almost all of my birth control pills and still had sex a lot (withdraw method). The last three days I have had light spotting and cramps, the last week I have had nausea everyday and puked half of those days. Could I be pregnant?!

It would be too early for symptoms. But yes, its possible, especially considering how many you missed, that you could have ovulated. I would wait 2-3wk from and then test because you could have ovulated at any time, and missing so many it would take 7 days of pills to be protected again. So if you ovulated right before starting up again (or during those 7 days), and it can take up to 2wk to implant, waiting 2-3wk should net you a reliable test result either way.
