My husband and I just found out we are expecting our first! We want to tell our immediate families soon. Our niece has her 3rd birthday in 2 weeks and I'm thinking that might be a good time to tell them. Anyone have any cute ideas of how to tell them? I was thinking about getting our niece a big cousin tshirt for her birthday and have her open it with just the immediate family. Any other cute ideas?!?
