Could I get pregnant

So I’m on the pill and Im on the 5th day of it as I’ve just started again after my break and I had protected sex and certain the condom didn’t tear but there is a funny smell, I always check to see if the condom has split or anything and i don’t think it did as nothing came out from anywhere but I just want to know if anyone else gets a funny smell from using a condom and if there is any chance I could get pregnant if the condom has split and only having taken the pill for 5 days????
