Hi does anyone know how you calculate how far on in the pregnancy you are do you go off the date of your last period ? I’m confused x

You go by your LMP date unless at your dating scan it’s way off and your doctor decides to change it. For my first based on my LMP I thought I was 11w 5 days, but ended up only being 9 weeks exactly. Second daughter I matched up perfectly with my LMP.

you can use the pregnancy calculator on the first response website but it usually goes by the first day of your last period and they doctors will also calculate the measurements of the baby to make sure the baby is measuring the amount of weeks you should be

Start from the first day of your LMP. Once you have an ultrasound your doctor will either keep your due date based on LMP or adjust based on the ultrasound if there is a large discrepancy
