Young women and sex

Ok if I am in my teens and I chose to have sex and I have an open relationship with my parents about it, am safe about it, and mature enough to handle it, I don't understand the need to judge young girls especially when they are just asking for advice on this app from other women. So this is my question can young Christian girls have sex? That's all my question is haha.
