Do you always do injections at home?

I’ve just realised we’ve booked to go to an outdoor cinema event for my birthday the week we’re likely to do injections. This is round one, so I’m a bit unsure of the logistics. Has anyone ever taken their injections in a cool bag somewhere and then nipped off to the loo to do it??

I actually entered a toilet at IKEA in Sweden, and they had a needle-bin! I've never seen that before, and I thought "oh, that's weird, but nice, people dont have to bring their needles back home from thos place"
even took a picture and posted it in an ivf-group

Yea make sure to set an alarm on the phone. I would get distracted and not realize the time especially when out.

i had to do them while camping my first round lol..I wasn't going to let it stop me from living life.

Yep done them at work movie theatre bathroom, store parking lots

I didn't let it stop me. I took my injections with me all the time. I just kept it in a cooler bag.

Yes! Go back to your car, if you can. Public restrooms are just nasty! Lately though, it’s been in the 90s here, record highs, so read the temp control on the labels and be sure to pack enough ice depending on the length of time.

Yep, kinda! I have done subcutaneous injections in my car - in my work car park several times and on the side of the road once. You should be fine! If it's an injection you need to mix yourself and draw up from a vial it maybe bit tricky logistically in a public bathroom, so just thing about how and where you will need to place things on a flat surface.
