Preventing re-current yeast infections
Ugh. So I’ve never had a yeast infection in my life. 15 weeks pregnant and I’ve had 2!! 😩 So uncomfortable and so ick.
Anything I can do to prevent future infection? I’ve started taking a probiotic with all the good live digestive bacteria.
