WELP!!!!!!!!

I'm really confused.. I had a doubt that I might be pregnant because of some symptoms. Haven't got my period in 2 months. So went to a doctor she did a urine and vaginal ultrasound. It came out negative but said i might have cystic ovaries. but i highly doubt it since i have weird symptoms like extreme nausea, veins popping out, headache, extreme gas. I'm really stressed out help. can a pregnancy be missed at 9 weeks and 3 days. I really don't want to be pregnant. what if she's wrong,,,what if i'm actually pregnant...help someone.
